What tools or systems will I use?

You may work inside EMRs, PMS tools, billing systems, CRMs, VoIP phone platforms, and internal communication systems such as Teams or Slack. System access is granted progressively — you will not receive full backend access on day one. This protects both you and the client by ensuring that when you begin using sensitive systems, you have the knowledge, context, and confidence to execute tasks correctly.
