Your 30/60/90 plan is designed to help you feel supported, confident, and set up for long-term success. These checkpoints are not “tests” — they are structured, intentional moments for reflection, support, and growth.

Each stage builds on the last. We go slowly in the beginning so you can go fast later.

First 30 Days — Orientation & Foundation

This is where you learn:

  • Your client’s workflows

  • The EMR/PMS basics

  • Your scripts and tone

  • How the practice communicates

  • The daily expectations for your role

  • How to navigate your core responsibilities

You will spend this time:

  • Shadowing

  • Asking questions

  • Building confidence

  • Practicing with support

  • Reviewing SOPs

  • Checking in daily with your Virtual Lead

The goal of the first 30 days is clarity, not perfection. We want you to feel grounded and safe.

Days 30–60 — Independent Progress & Skill Expansion

This is where your rhythm develops. You begin to:

  • Work more independently

  • Increase your task load

  • Communicate more directly with the client

  • Take on higher-level responsibilities

  • Build speed and efficiency

  • Demonstrate reliability and consistency

Your Virtual Lead will continue to review your work and give timely feedback.

This is the month where confidence really starts to grow.

Days 60–90 — Integration & Stability

By this stage, you should feel:

  • Integrated into the client’s team

  • Confident in your daily responsibilities

  • Comfortable with the systems

  • Capable of adapting to new tasks

  • Clear on expectations and communication

This is also where we identify:

  • Potential for growth

  • Cross-training opportunities

  • Areas where you might expand your responsibilities

  • Your long-term development plan

The first 90 days are about building the foundation for a long, successful relationship with your client — and the support you receive reflects that.
