What is the pay rate / compensation and how often am I paid?

Teem compensation is thoughtfully structured to ensure fairness, clarity, and long-term partnership. Your pay rate is determined by factors such as the complexity of the role, the required experience level, and the client’s expectations. All compensation details are clearly stated in your offer letter so there are never surprises. Payments are issued biweekly via Deel. Our expectation is that you consistently clock your time accurately and professionally, creating clean, verifiable records that protect both you and the client. Payment timelines do not change based on role type — whether fixed-rate or hourly, all Teem Members participate in the same structured pay cycle.
