Is training paid, and when does pay begin?

Yes, training is paid unless explicitly noted otherwise. You will always know in advance which training components are compensated. Paid time begins on your first scheduled day of training — not your pre-reading, independent prep, or optional material review. We treat training seriously because it's the foundation for long-term success in your relationship with the client. No one is expected to “figure things out” without guidance; you are supported through structured onboarding, shadowing, and daily connection points.
