In case you need to edit your timesheet, please submit a time request by 10:00 a.m. MST the following day. Requests submitted after this deadline won’t be accepted and could impact your payment. Ensure all requests are submitted in Teem's time zone (Mountain Standard Time - MST). You can use this site for assistance with the conversion if needed (link).
For example, if you forgot to clock out for lunch today, follow the steps in this SOP no later than 10 a.m. MST tomorrow to ensure your timesheet can be adjusted.
Please note that you’re allowed up to 3 edit requests; any additional requests will require a continued service review.
1. Create a Time Request
If you miss a clock-in or clock-out, the only way to retroactively add worked time is by submitting a Time Request. Time requests are manually reviewed and approved or denied by your Manager, so be clear and accurate in your description.
To submit a Time Request:
Access the Time Tracker page in the Portal.
Click Add Time.
Select the date you need to adjust.
Confirm the correct project is selected.
Enter your clock-in and clock-out times (in MST).
If no break was taken:
Example: In 07:00 | Out 14:00
If a break was taken:
Example: In 07:00 | Out 14:00
In 15:00 | Out 18:00
In the Activity Description, explain the reason for the request.
Example: “Forgot to clock out.”
If the issue is system-related, begin the description with:
“Portal Issue –” followed by a clear explanation.
Click Submit to send your request. Each time period entered will generate a separate request. Await approval from your Manager.
2. Await Approval
Your Success Manager will receive a notification of your request.
They will review and approve or deny. If they have questions, they will reach out to you via Microsoft Teams.
3. Checking Status of Time Requests
To check the status of your requests:
Go to the Time Tracker page in the Portal.
Use the filters to search by month and request status.
If you cannot locate a request, adjust the filters, as the status may have changed.
Once a Time Request is approved, it will automatically appear in your timesheet. You can review your timesheet on the Time Tracker page.
